| The
Scheme of Amalgamation between Indo Gulf
Fertilisers Limited (IGFL) and Aditya Birla
Nuvo (ABNL) Limited and their respective
shareholders and creditors has been sanctioned
by the Honourable High Court, Gujarat at
Ahmedabad, vide its order dated 10 January
2006 subject to the Scheme filed by the
Transferor Company (IGFL) before the High
Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow
